Player parameters

Each player is described by the set of over 20 parameters, some of them describe his technical or physical skills and abilities, while others describe his personality and mental capabilities. All of those parameters have influence on how this particular player will behave during the match or during the training. Some of them will influence other players, while others can influence fans of your team.

Player contract

Each professional player from transfer list will demand as long contract and as high wages as possible, his demands are not negotiable. Once he signs contract with your team he will be protected by the contract terms, so in case you will decide to terminate his contract he will receive compensation for the remainder of wages he would earn during rest of the contract.

Free agent players available on the transfer list have no professional contract at the moment, thus they will be much cheaper to sign up - even few times cheaper than it would transfer player from another club.

Amateur players found by your scout will always be given 1 year contract (for reminder of current season) and minimum wages of 100£.

Youth team players promoted to first team will be given 2 year contract (until the end of season following the one they were promoted in) with 200£ wages.

If your team is promoted some of the players will demand raises of the wages, otherwise they will seek employment somewhere else. If you won't let them be put on the transfer list their morale can sink and their value for the team might be decreased.

In case of your team being relegated some of the players may use the relegation clause in their contract and leave your club. You will not be compensated in any way for such cases - it is their right to terminate contract in case of relegation.
